What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order, so Define Surf and our partner Spreadshirt will give a full refund or exchange on all non-sale items returned within 30 days of sale. Fair Return Policy
Every product ordered at Define Surf and Spreadshirt is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away.
Promise:

1. If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
2. If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.

Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.
